बेल के चक्कर के बजाय HABEAS CORPUS दायर किया जाना चाहिए।

1.अभी आदर्श आचार संहिता लागू है और पुलिस ने आदर्श आचार संहिता की आड़ में निर्दोष को भी फंसाना और पकड़ना शुरु कर दिया है।अभी पुलिस आपके विरोधी के मेल में आकर या पुरानी दुश्मनी के कारण किसी भी आरोप में बगैर सबूत का अवैध रुप से गिरफ्तार कर सकती है।सभी को ये डर लगा रहता है कि यदि जेल भेज दिया जाएगा तो चुनाव तक बेल भी नहीँ होगा क्योकि आदर्श आचार संहिता लागू है और इसी का फायदा पुलिस उठाती है।कानून की जानकारी नहीँ होने के कारण भी लोग काफी डर जाते हैँ।अवैध तरीके से हिरासत मेँ लेने पर हाईकोर्ट और सुप्रीम कोर्ट मेँ सीधे मुकदमा दायर किया जा सकता है।अनुच्छेद 226 के तहत हाईकोर्ट और अनुच्छेद 32 के तहत सुप्रीम कोर्ट मेँ HABEAS CORPUS नामक रिट दायर किया जा सकता है।इस रिट को दायर करने के बाद हाईकोर्ट और सुप्रीम कोर्ट को आपातकालीन सुनवाई करनी पड़ती है और हिरासत मेँ लिए गए व्यक्ति को कोर्ट में Hajir करना पड़ता है और हिरासत गैर-कानूनी पाए जाने पर तुरंत छोड़ना पड़ता है।बेल के चक्कर मेँ पड़ने के बजाय अवैध रुप से हिरासत में लेने पर (विशेषकर चुनाव ,राष्ट्रपति शासन और आपातकाल के समय) HABEAS CORPUS दायर किया जाना चाहिए।

2.MS DHONI deserves to be terminated from the Indian Cricket Team ,not only from the post of Indian Cricket Captain..
Yesterday,MS Dhoni has sued ( filed Criminal Case ) ZEE Media Network in the High Court Of Madras for the compensation of Rs 100 Crores for his alleged defamation (Assault against honour) committed by the Zee Media Network.
The High Court of Madras has passed Interim Stay Order of 2 weeks banning Zee Media Network for broadcasting any news against MS Dhoni associated with IPL Spot Fixing.
Fortunately,i have watched the both ”Operation IPL Fixing”,a Sting Operation broadcasted by Zee Media Network and found that nothing wrong is shown against MS Dhoni.
Firstly,Zee Media highlighted the report prepared by Sampat Kumar,one IPS and Investigating Officer of IPL Spot Fixing, which was presented before the Justice Mukul Mudgal Committee wherein Dhoni and Raina were also accused.Then,the Zee Media conducted a Sting Operation of Vindu Dara Singh wherein Dhoni was accused by Vindu Dara Singh.Thereafter,the Zee Media Network Conducted a Sting Operation Of Sampat Kumar wherein, among other things,he also accused Dhoni.Zee News Correspondent had went to the Home of Dhoni at Ranchi but couldn’t be able to talk to Dhoni.
In Course of such all processes,nothing wrong was done by Zee Media Network.So lodging Defamatory case against Zee Network is an attack against Right to Press (Right to freedom of expression) conferred under Article 19(1)(a) of the Constitution Of India and for this misdeed,Dhoni deserves to be terminated from the Indian Cricket Team ,not only from the post of Indian Cricket Captain.Also,he deserves to be subjected to penalty of Rs 100 Crores in reverse for his indulgence in IPL Spot Fixing.

3.मैंने जीविका निर्वहन और मूलभूत सुविधा की न्यूनतम राशि मुफ्त में उपलब्ध कराने का बात कहा है।न्यूनतम राशि उपलब्ध कराने के बाद लोगों के FRUSTRATION में भी कमी आएगी।आज लोग आर्थिक रुप से असुरक्षित पाकर FRUSTRATED रहते हैं और यह असुरक्षा ही लोगों को गलत करने के लिए प्रेरित करती है,भ्रष्ट माध्यमोँ का सहारा लेकर नौकरी पाने,नामांकन पाने या कोई काम करवाने के लिए प्रेरित करती है।आर्थिक सुरक्षा मिल जाने के बाद लोगोँ का FRUSTRATION में कमी आएगी और फलत: भ्रष्टाचार में भी कमी आएगी।अर्थशास्त्र को भौतिक वस्तु के साथ साथ मानसिक विकास से जोड़कर अध्ययन करने के लिए मैंने सामाजिक-आर्थिक वृध्दि दर पर एक नया अवधारणा प्रस्तुत किया है जिसमें जातिवाद,सांप्रदायिकता,झूठे मुकदमा,भ्रष्टाचार,फिजूल खर्ची,फिजूल समय बर्बादी आदि सभी की उपयोगिता या अनुपयोगिता का गणना करके सामाजिक-आर्थिक वृध्दि दर निकाला जाएगा।रोजगार की सुरक्षा देने के लिए सामूहिक लघु उद्योगोँ का एक नया मॉडल प्रस्तुत किया है जो पूँजीपतियोँ,सरकार और आम लोगोँ की एक साथ भागीदारी से चलेगी,जिससे भी भ्रष्टाचार घटेगा और मानसिक विकास होगाI
