A RED LETTER MOMENT

It was 26 June 2012,a red letter moment on the occasion of my birthday,when i received the letter of NVS Headquarter after the order of Central Information Commission in my favour and it was red letter moment because in this suppressive,autocratic,aristocratic,bureaucratic and corrupt system,Central Information Commission directed the NVS,Headquarter to provide me information regarding my complaint filed against principal to NVS, which NVS sent to principal to show principal and consequently,principal trapped me and expelled and After the order of central information commission,NVS accepted that i had complained against principal and complaint was sent to principal.

This has given me most important evidence that i was expelled after complaining against principal,not before or even if i was not expelled as principal stated before Human Rights Commission,then also principal bounded me to take TC and tortured mentally and emotionally by taking complaint against me from that boy,his house master and saying that mother to complain against me to DM and SDM.Because,these all complaints are filed against me after complaining against principal to NVS.If i was wrong,complaints against me would be filed before,not after complaining against him because the planted matter had been 5-6 months old.

However,Central Informaion Commission has not persued upon my second appeal filed against NVS,Regional Office against the refusal of Regional Office to provide me information regarding my same complaint filed against principal in regional office, which was filed to headquarter also,by referring to Celsa Pinto V/S Goa State Information Commission,a verdict of Bomboy High Court but opposite of Celsa Pinto,i have asked my question in sense of what,not in sense of why.So information ought to have provided but even Central Information Commission didn’t persue upon the matter.

So far as remainings are concerned,all have protected principal and suppressed me too whether it may be Bihar Human Rights Commission,Union HRD Ministry,NVS,District Administration,SDO etc.National Human Rights Commission showed carelessness to forward the matter to Union HRD Ministry.

What now High Court and after being a lawyer Supreme Court will do,this is to be seen.

On 3 July 2012,just after one week,on the birth anniversary of that boy,it was also a red letter moment when one another boy who was utilized by principal to state against me messaged me that he is in favour with me.
