Wah Re SDO!

Now i am able to understand the conspiracy why SDO has not sent me complaint filed against me before him which i have requested twice to send under RTI Act .There is play of date.

1.Firstly principal manufactured forge papers of dt.23.9.2011.As this was forge,so again to show that complaint is filed in real,not forge,he managed to SDO and showed complaint of 13.9.2012 because SDO was not ready to show complaint of 23.9.2011 because one year had passed so this was risky.
2.When i sent RTI application to SDO to know when complaint is lodged,when this was taken up for hearing etc.He replied 13.9.2012,when complaint was filed in real to depress the forge complaint of 23.9.2011.But he refused to send me a copy of complaint.Application is sent twice and again he refused.
3. As principal submitted forge papers of dt. 23.9.2011 before Human Rights Commission and in contrast to this,SDO said that complaint is filed on 13.9.2012.There is difference of one year.
4.Now If SDO send me complaint of 13.9.2012,which he has replied,this will be clear that complaint of 23.9.2011 is forge.If SDO send me the complaint of 23.9.2011,which principal submitted to Human Rights Commission,the question will arise that SDO has said that complaint is filed on 13.9.2012 then how he has sent me complaint of 23.9.2011.Then this will be clear that conspiracy has been composed to prove forge papers real so forge complaint of 23.9.2011 is sent.
5.So SDO is in dilemma and complaint is not sent to me by making excuse.His misdeed has kept him in dilemma.
6.This can be said that by mistaking he has written 2012,in place of 2011.But Application No.1084/2012 of complaint filed against me is also of 2012. How this was also written by mistaking? This is said that complaint is filed on 13.9.2012.If this is written by mistaking,then this should be 13.9.2011,not 23.9.2011.Now this will b said that in place of 23.9.2011,13.9.2012 is written by mistaking.In a single complaint,how a lot of mistakes occured.A lot of mistakes can occur only in the case of conspiracy.If this is said that complaint if filed on 13.9.2011 then how the applicant signed on 23.9.2011?How applicant signed 10 days later.If applicant would sign 10 days before like 3.9.2011 in place of 13.9.2011,this is understood.But if applicant signed 10 days later,how this happened?

Whether FIR is registered or not,medical examination of victim is inevitable.
Section 27 of The Protection Of Children From Sexaul Offences Act and Section 164 A of CrPC provide such.Draft Guidelines of National Human Rights Commission and Supreme Court also provide medical examination.If FIR is registered,there should be medical examination within 24 hours of registering FIR.
In light to the above provisions of law,followings can be concluded:-
1.If Complaint is filed to SDO against sexual offence,there must be medical test at first whether he ordered for FIR or not.In contrast to this, even FIR is lodged by the order of SDO but no medical test happened.
2..If Complaint is filed to DM against sexual offence,there must be medical test at first whether he ordered for FIR or not.Neither medical test happened,nor he ordered for FIR.
3.If complaint is filed to principal against sexual offence,there must be medical test at first whether he registered FIR or not.Neither medical test happened,nor he registered FIR.
4.If i filed complaint to Human Rights Commission,commission must give his decision regarding the allegation after medical test whether FIR has been lodged against the allegation or not.But he verdicted without medical examination.
In respect of ”Neither FIR,Nor Medical Test” or ”If FIR,No Medical Test” this can be said that there is only conspiracy to kept me trapping to protect principal and all papers have been manufactured in back date to protect principal,so nothing happened.
If papers are manufactured in back date or which are forge papers,no action can be taken on ground of back date papers or forge papers.
This can be said,they all have been such prejudiced,corrupt and sexual viewer,they only see allegation,don’t want to see facts,don’t want to see legal processes.

Proof in support of corruption in IIT.

In the below conversation, Rahul Kumar is myself and Rahul Ranjan is an IITian,who qualified this exam in 2012.He is son of one of greatest criminal principal.People say,he qualified because of corruption.I don’t believe what people say.People say because of jealousy.I believe in evidence and the below conversation is an evidence to make him suspect.

This point to be noted that he is focusing to what happens(kya hua).If someone doesn’t go through corruption,either he resists the question which is asked against corruption or reply directly ” yes or no” ,not divert the matter by saying ‘’kya hua’’twice.
So by the psychological point of view,this is evident that his psychology is accepting while replying that he has taken admission under some irregularities.
Leaking of question paper of AIIMS has come to light.So question paper of IIT can be leaked also.Some ex-students of IIT have accepted that we can admit someone in IIT and it’s so because they have contact with professors of IIT who check the answer sheet and thus marks can be increased.

Facebook blocked my last status.So i posted same status by changing few words,not meanings.Facebook has submitted that i was not allowed to post that staus because that status might contain bugs.How a status without link can contain bugs?Certainly,facebook has been under Govt’s pressure and govt has prohibited facebook to not allow to post such status which can effect the mind of common people directly by reflecting the corrupt policy of govt and politics.My status was one of them.Please go through my last status.

Even other issues on priority like external,internal,women and children security,communalism,casteism and regionalism etc are subsequent result of corruption because if we will utilize our all money for schemes and projects,we will be able to create a strong machinery against all such issues and thus such issues will vanish automatically.

I belong to an accused of issue No.4 and my accused belong to issue No.1.I have strong evidences against issue No.1 and my accused has only showed irregularities to present me an accused of issue No.4.But everyone looks only issue No.4 even bieng knowing that i have full evidences against this issue and issue No.1 but no one minds issue No.1 but issue No.1 is the originator of all issues.
Why our mind works opposite everywhere?
