Contempt Notice To SDO
Today,Contempt Notice Will Be Sent To SDO(SDM) for his unlawful action to protect the principal,which is as under:-

Sir
With due respect,in respect of my aforesaid subject,I would like to issue you contempt notice under article 21 of Indian Constitution for the Humiliation of my right to life in following manner:-
(i) Case was already going on in the Bihar Human Rights Commission on 13.9.2012 when complaint was filed before you against me and you sent a copy of complaint to the SDPO,Dalsingsarai and the Police Inspector,Dalsingsarai.In this condition,you had no authority to receive complaint against me. So your unlawful action has humiliated my right to life.
(ii) You have received complaint on that time when 18 months of the all happenings had passed. So your unlawful action has humiliated my right to life.
(iii) No action is initiated in regard to complaint sent by you to the police.If there would be hearing upon the complaint,I would have an reasonable opportunity to prove my innocence. So only lodging complaint and kept me falsely trapping due to such irregularities can be only termed violation of my right to life.
(iv) If you say,complaint had been filed already first time in Sept 2011,even then this is violation of my right to life because only complaint is lodged always and I myself is kept trapping instead of an opportunity to prove my innocence.
Therefore,you are requested to response within 3 weeks in respect of my contempt notice.

Under RTI Act,2005 SDO has refused to issue me a copy of complaint filed before him against me,whereupon FIR is lodged against me after this complaint.What are reasons? Everything is conspiracy..Again,today,i am sending RTI application to supply a true copy of said complaint which is as under:-

With due respect,in respect of my aforesaid subject,I would like to state before you that you have refused to issue me a true copy of the complaint filed before you which has been mentioned as Application No.1084/2012 by you.Sir,please note that under section 2(F) of RTI Act,any document(except related to the national security,integrity etc) can be provided to the applicant under this act.Even the complaint is related to the life and liberty of an applicant under section7(1) of RTI Act,2005.So document must be supplied under RTI Act,2005.
Therefore,you are requested to supply me demanded documents within stipulated time.
The requisite fee of Rs 10 alongwith advance fee of Rs 10 for supplying document is being sent by IPO alongwith this RTI application.
